Editorial Review:
Product Description: The Weber® Q 320 gas grill packs heavyweight performance and high-powered features into a small footprint. Bolted onto a stationary cart, this grill comes with a hose and regulator for a 20-lb LP tank (tank not included). It has 2 burners that allow for direct and indirect cooking. Added convenience is provided by an electronic ignition and a grill light on the handle.

This product was easy to assemble and is easy to use. It lights first time, every time. Heat is easy to control. The elevated rack is great for finishing small steaks after they have been seared. However, unlike gas grills that use lava rocks, this one gives foods no grilled, smoky flavor whatsoever. It's an outdoor oven, not really a grill. A grill pan on the stove is a much less expensive option. That said, I do plan to make the best of it and get the griddle inserts to "grill" pizzas outside.

I've been very pleased with Weber and their high quality products. This Q320 is no exception. Before I ordered this grill I've owned two Weber charcoal and one Q100 gas grill. Grilling on them has been a real pleasure. This Q320 offers more cooking space than my previous grills taking up a small amount of physical space. The Q320 gets up to temperature very fast. Assembly was very simple just using a screwdriver, and hammer. You will never be disappointed grilling on a Weber.

We've always believed in buying grills to last a season or two rather than buying a brand-name that might last longer. This grill lives up to the Weber name. The cast iron cooking grates are much better than the usual chrome-plated wire on the cheap grills. Temperature control is precise and cooking time is cut in half from the budget brands we have used in the past. I've already recommended this grill to several friends.

I looked at many grills and the Weber Q offered everything I wanted at a great price. The quality of the grill and stand is superb and it was quite easy to assemble. The grill heats up amazingly fast and with the new surface, heats very evenly. I love the built in light that is activated by lifting the handle.
The only downside I found is that the hooks for holding utensils is built into the side table and in order to use the cover, you have to drop the table down, causing the utensils to fall off. ... Read More
